Aug 29 - India's worst floods in 50 years have killed at least 65 people and displaced over 2 million people in India's eastern state of Bihar.

The Kosi river burst a dam in neighboring Nepal earlier this month and surged into Bihar, swamping village after village as authorities failed to evacuate millions in time.
