WASHINGTON, Sept 2 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and U.S. special envoy George Mitchell will take part in Israeli-Palestinian peace talks in the Middle East on Sept. 14-15, Mitchell said on Thursday.
