Oct 7 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1800 GMT on Thursday.

* ISKANDARIYA - Two bombs exploded in a market in Iskandariya, 40 km (25 miles) south of Baghdad, killing three people and wounding eight others, according to two police sources.

BAGHDAD - Two people were wounded by a bomb planted inside a shop in a marketplace in central Baghdad, an interior ministry source said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb went off near a police vehicle, killing a civilian and wounding three traffic police officers in Baghdad&${esc.hash}39;s central al-Nidhal Street, an interior ministry source said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb exploded and wounded three people in Baghdad&${esc.hash}39;s west-central Utaifiya district, an interior ministry source said.

BAGHDAD - Gunmen using silenced weapons shot and seriously wounded a security guard who was driving a car in the Karrada district of central Baghdad, an interior ministry source said.

MOSUL - Gunmen stormed a house and killed a woman and her teenage daughter in eastern Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

MOSUL - Gunmen in a speeding car opened fire and killed a man walking in the street in eastern Mosul, police said.
