BANGKOK (AlertNet) -- As part of AlertNet's series profiling elderly people around the world, we visit Mali*, a 67-year-old grandmother who lives with her HIV positive grandson in a dense housing estate in the middle of Bangkok.
Completely blind since her 20s, she has been looking after her grandson -- now 19 and studying at a university -- since he was a year old.
She talks to AlertNet about her life raising her grandson and growing old.
