RIYADH, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's elderly King Abdullah arrived in Morocco on Saturday for convalescence after undergoing medical treatment in New York for almost two months, Saudi state media said.

The official Saudi Press Agency said Abdullah, who is around 87, arrived in Casablanca but gave no date for when he would return to the kingdom. He had left Riyadh on Nov. 22 for treatment in New York after a blood clot complicated a slipped disc. (Reporting by Ulf Laessing; Writing by Erika Solomon; Editing by Firouz Sedarat)
