TOKYO, Japan, March 15 (Reuters) - Radiation levels in the city of Maebashi, 100 km (60 miles) north of the capital, Tokyo, were up to 10 times normal on Tuesday, Kyodo news agency said, quoting the city government.

Radiation levels rose in Tokyo, four days after a quake and tsunami ravaged a nuclear plant in the northeast, but the levels now were "not a problem at all", the city government said.
