TOKYO, Japan, March 15 (Reuters) - A fire at a Japanese nuclear reactor which suffered an explosion on Tuesday has been put out, the operator said.

Pressure at a second reactor at the Fukushima Daiichi plant in northeastern Japan had fallen after an explosion there on Monday, it said.
