JOHANNESBURG, Dec 7 (Reuters) - Below are registered Clean Development Mechanism projects in sub-Saharan Africa that are each estimated to prevent at least 50,000 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent from being released into the atmosphere every year.
The figures next to the projects indicate the amount of emissions in metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year that are prevented from being pushed into the atmosphere.
