Multiple tornadoes whip through Oklahoma

A series of tornadoes whipped through central Oklahoma upending homes and lives. Nine people including two children are dead and more than 70 are being treated for injuries after this latest storm -- which dumped 8 inches of rain on the Oklahoma City, triggering flash flooding and creating a massive sinkhole on the city's northeast side.

Many of those killed or injured were traveling on local roads when when fierce winds and heavy rains started.

Forecasters believe at least five tornadoes touched down on the area. Local power companies say the storm left an estimated 200,000 people across three states, without power.
