MEXICO CITY, Oct 20 (Reuters) - Tropical storm Raymond neared hurricane strength as it swirled towards Mexico's Pacific coast on Sunday, threatening to dump heavy rain on the beach resort of Acapulco, which is still recovering from destructive floods last month.
