MOSCOW, Jan 17 (Reuters) - Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem said on Friday he had handed Russia plans for a ceasefire in Syria's biggest city, Aleppo, and was ready to exchange lists with rebel forces on a possible prisoner exchange.
