BEIRUT, Jan 21 (Reuters) - Syrian state television said a plane carrying a delegation to international peace talks in Switzerland on Tuesday was "prevented from refuelling" after it landed at Athens airport.
It said that the plane had obtained permission to pass through the relevant airspace and land at Athens for refuelling. (Reporting by Oliver Holmes; Editing by Andrew Heavens)
