Second blast in Cairo kills one -state television

CAIRO, Jan 24 (Reuters) - A crude explosive device killed one person and injured 15 in Cairo on Friday, Egyptian state television reported, hours after a car bomb killed at least four people in front of a top security compound in the capital.
