Venezuela's Maduro calls for dialogue with Obama

CARACAS, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Friday called on U.S. President Barack Obama to hold dialogue with Venezuelan authorities, only days after expelling three U.S. diplomats on charges they were stirring up violent protests.
