Ukraine confirms OSCE to go to Crimea, situation there "stable"

KIEV, March 4 (Reuters) - Observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe will go to the Crimea region where Russian forces have taken control, Ukraine's top security official said on Tuesday.

Andriy Paruby told a news conference that the security situation on the Black sea peninsula was complicated but stable.
