China premier says to target pollution, graft, terror

BEIJING, March 5 (Reuters) - China will "declare war" on pollution, go after corruption "without mercy" and "crack down hard" on "violent crimes of terrorism", Premier Li Keqiang said on Wednesday as the country began its annual meeting of parliament.
