JOHANNESBURG, March 6 (Reuters) - South African state electricity utility Eskom will lift its power "emergency" at 2000 GMT on Thursday but rolling blackouts are likely to resume on Friday morning, a spokesman said.

"We are still in a serious situation. The outlook at this stage is not favourable. There's a high probability of load shedding for tomorrow as well but we'll confirm that once we've done our final planning," spokesman Andrew Etzinger said.
