Obama tells Xi: US and China must set example on climate change

THE HAGUE, March 24 (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama told Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday that the United States and China needed to work together to set an example on reducing emissions of greenhouse gases ahead of 2015 international climate change talks, a White House official said.

Obama and Xi met before a nuclear summit in the Netherlands. (Reporting by Jeff Mason)
