KABUL, April 24 (Reuters) - At least three foreigners were killed when a security guard opened fire at an international hospital in the Afghan capital, Kabul, on Thursday, Afghan security sources said.

The attack occurred in the grounds of the Cure Hospital, which specialises in children's medicine and is located in Kabul's west. No further details were immediately available. (Reporting by Hamid Shalizi; Writing by Jeremy Laurence; Editing by Paul Tait)
