DONETSK, Ukraine, April 28 (Reuters) - Several people were wounded when what appeared to be stun grenades exploded during a rally in support of Ukrainian unity in the eastern, separatist-held city of Donetsk on Monday, a Reuters reporter said.
At least five people suffered head injuries when pro-Russian separatists tried to disrupt the rally of some 2,000 people opposed to the armed uprising racking in eastern Ukraine.
