BOGOTA, June 10 (Reuters) - Colombia's President Juan Manuel Santos will announce peace talks with the leftist ELN or National Liberation Army rebel group later on Tuesday, said left-wing former senator Piedad Cordoba.

Colombia's government has been in peace talks with the ELN's larger counterpart, the FARC, since November 2012 in Cuba. Santos is running for re-election on Sunday. (Reporting by Bogota newsroom; Editing by James Dalgleish)
