BERLIN, Aug 5 (Reuters) - One serviceman was killed and 14 others wounded, including a German general, when a man in an Afghan army uniform fired at people at a British military training academy in Afghanistan's capital Kabul, a statement by the German military said.

Germany's Der Spiegel reported that a two star U.S. general was killed, but this was not confirmed by the international force in Afghanistan. (Reporting by Sabine Siebold; Editing by Robin Pomeroy)
