Magnitude 5.7 quake strikes 80 miles south of Athens - USGS

Aug 29 (Reuters) - A 5.7 magnitude earthquake struck at sea 80 miles south of the Greek capital on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. It was 70 miles deep.

There were no immediate reports of casualties in the quake which struck north of Crete.
