TrustLaw projects often span multiple jurisdictions and require a number of pro bono providers and clients to work together to achieve a common goal. The TrustLaw Collaboration Award showcases highly effective working relationships between pro bono providers and recipients that have dramatically increased the potential impact of projects as a result.
In 2014 the winner of the TrustLaw Collaboration Award was Arnold & Porter who lead a team of lawyers from 10 different law firms who worked with the Southern African AIDS Trust, a non-profit supporting community responses to HIV. The team helped conduct research on the legal frameworks and human rights implications in relation to HIV self testing.
