RIYADH, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's foreign minister said on Thursday that the Syrian government's had refused to cooperate with the U.N. envoy at Syria peace talks and that this was to blame for their suspension.

Adel al-Jubeir also told a news conference in Riyadh that intensified Russian military operations in Syria were aimed at provoking the Syrian opposition. (Writing by Sylvia Westall, editing by Sami Aboudi)
