Brazil police seek to bring in ex-President Lula for questioning - media

SAO PAULO, March 4 (Reuters) - Federal police went to the home of former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on Friday after a warrant was issued to bring him in for questioning in the latest round of the Operation Carwash anti-graft investigation, local media said.

Folha de S.Paulo newspaper reported that some 200 federal police agents were carrying out 44 warrants in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Bahia. (Reporting by Brad Haynes and Daniel Flynn)
