LONDON, Nov 9 (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Theresa May's office confirmed that Penny Mordaunt has been appointed Britain's new minister for international development, replacing Priti Patel who resigned on Wednesday over undisclosed meetings with Israeli officials that breached protocol.
