BEIRUT, Feb 22 (Reuters) - A large number of trucks loaded with civilians left the final Islamic State enclave in eastern Syria on Friday, said a Reuters witness near the zone at Baghouz on the Iraqi border.

It was not clear whether any civilians remained in the zone held by Islamic State, which U.S.-backed Syrian forces want to clear of non-combatants before finally capturing the area.
