Urvashi is the Head of Programmes –South Asia. Urvashi is working to expand the TrustLaw network in India and the region. She is working to reach out to engage NGOs and Social Enterprises, helping them to obtain pro-bono legal support and develop strategic research programmes on crucial policy issues. Along with this, Urvashi is also reaching out to the major law firms, lawyers and corporate counsels to facilitate their pro bono practices. She also supports the Journalism & Media Development outreach; actions of the TrustWomen conference and other initiatives of the Foundation. Urvashi has over 14 years of work experience and has lived in New York, London, and Auroville. She has a degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. Urvashi is based in Mumbai, India.
