Naomi has 6 years’ experience in international development, with particular expertise in climate change and inclusive growth. In her previous role as Operations Manager for Ripa International, Naomi lead the delivery of training programmes, as well as the delivery of large-scale consultancy projects. In 2014 she designed and delivered a one day leadership seminar bringing together leading public service officials from across the globe with high-level experts from the NHS, and the House of Lords. At DAI, she successfully lead a number of proposals from tracking through to project inception. As Senior Project Manager, she was a core member of the DFID-funded CEIL PEAKS team, which provides professional development and consultancy services to DFID country offices and programme teams. Naomi holds a BA (Hons) in Modern History and Politics, and has worked as a project volunteer for an NGO in Peru focused on improving children’s livelihoods; and has volunteered for a small educational NGO in Kenya.
