Héla Cheikhrouhou is the Executive Director of the Green Climate Fund. Before joining the Fund, she served as Director of the Energy, Environment and Climate Change Department at the African Development Bank. With close to 20 years of experience in project and development finance, she has extensive knowledge of international investment flows.
