Richard Connor


Richard (Rick) Connor is the Editor-in-Chief of the United Nations World Water Development Report (WWDR) and has been associated with UNESCO's World Water Assessment Programme since 2007. A recognized expert on water resources management, climate change adaptation, flood risk management and the water-energy nexus, Rick has worked internationally for over 20 years promoting sustainable development. He holds an M.Sc. in biogeochemistry from McGill University in Canada.
