More than five years of conflict have left the besieged population of Syria’s rebel-held Aleppo and Idlib province without access to enough food or medical assistance.

The Syrian civil war has killed an estimated 400,000 people and forced almost 5 million Syrians to seek safety outside their home.

Almost 9 million more have been uprooted inside the country, half of them children according to some reports.
