WELLINGTON, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Rescue operations at an earthquake damaged building that housed a television station and language school in the New Zealand city of Christchurch have been suspended, media reported on Wednesday.
Earlier officials had said a group of 15 people had been located alive in the CTV building and rescuers were working to free them.
However, Radio New Zealand quoted a fire official saying the reports were untrue and that rescue parties had been redeployed to another major building.
