BEIRUT, April 23 (Reuters) - The Syrian observatory for Human Rights said 13 people were killed in the town of Douma, east of the Syrian capital Damascus on Saturday during Syrian government bombing.
The Britain-based Observatory which monitors the Syrian war through a network of contacts, said the death toll was expected to rise because more than 22 others were injured, some critically. (Reporting by Lisa Barrington; Editing by Toby Chopra)
