Tdh intervention in Latin America
In Latin America, Terre des hommes is supporting and guiding the judicial authorities in the establishment of a juvenile justice system that is suited to minors in conflict with the law. Tdh educates and trains those in the judiciary in an approach to juvenile justice which aspires to be restorative and which favours alternatives to incarceration.
