In East and North Africa, Terre des hommes (Tdh) helps vulnerable children build a better future. In particular, the Foundation assists working children by offering services to enable them to get access to education and a better work environment. Tdh also makes employers and local communities more aware of the risks of exploitation. Mechanisms for identifying, guiding and monitoring the most vulnerable children (orphans, migrants, etc.) are put in place. And finally, Tdh works to strengthen the judicial system for minors by way of advocacy, workshops and training courses.
