WMO report: Miami

The World Meteorological Organization, as part of it's #climate2050 video campaign, has created a weather report from the future in the U.S. state of Miami. In 2050, Hurricane Kyle has narrowly missed South Florida but nonetheless left dramatic flooding in its wake
