Typhoon Haiyan: Shelter remains major challenge

 26 000 people are still in evacuation centres after the devastation of Typhoon Haiyan/ Yolanda in the Philippines. The provision of shelter is a key humanitarian issue trying to be solved as many emergency shelters are needed to get the country back on its feet.
