LONDON (TrustLaw) - French police have seized a number of supercars belonging to the family of the president of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, international media reported.

The cars were impounded on Wednesday under an investigation into the alleged embezzlement of state funds by the leaders of Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Congo-Brazzaville.

The impounded cars reportedly included Ferraris, Bugattis and a Maserati.
