In an exclusive interview with the Thomson Reuters Foundation, Haiti’s prime minister designate, Evans Paul, spoke about the challenges of international aid and reconstruction efforts five years after a massive earthquake hit the Caribbean nation.

He spoke from the prime minister's official residence in the capital Port-au-Prince late on Saturday as street protests continued.
