Women business owners were hit hardest by COVID-19

Businesses owned by women are more likely to close down because of the coronavirus pandemic than those owned by men.

While COVID-19 has set back gender equality in business, supporting women entrepreneurs could be a beneficial part of the pandemic recovery.
