LONDON (AlertNet) - Twitter has increasingly been used to spread awareness about humanitarian issues and to raise funds to help people affected by disasters. But it can be hard to find the right feeds in the flood of daily tweets, so website Online Degree Programs has come up with a handy list of "100 Terrific Twitter Feeds for Humanitarians".
You may think it's a shameless bit of self-promotion to re-publish the list because @AlertNet is at the top but I also like it because it highlights different areas of humanitarian work.
But it's by no means comprehensive, so feel free to let us know of others you like by posting a comment at the bottom of this post.
News and Commentators
