ABUJA, Oct 4 (Reuters) - The director of former Nigerian military ruler Ibrahim Babangida's presidential election campaign team has been detained by the secret service days after bomb blasts in the capital Abuja, his office said on Monday.
"The (Babangida) campaign organisation hereby condemns in the strongest terms the detention of its director general and calls for his immediate release," Babangida's campaign team said in a statement.
