JALALABAD, Afghanistan, Nov 20 (Reuters) - A bomb placed on a bicycle killed three people and wounded at least 25 others in the eastern Afghan province of Laghman on Saturday, Provincial Governor Mortaza Adayat Qalandarzai said.
