JALALABAD, Afghanistan, Nov 20 (Reuters) - A bomb placed on a bicycle killed three people and wounded at least 25 in the eastern Afghan province of Laghman on Saturday, Deputy Provincial Governor Mortaza Adayat Qalandarzai said.

A second bomb detonated shortly after the first blast wounded another three people, Qalandarzai added.
