KHARTOUM, Dec 8 (Reuters) - Three Latvian helicopter crewmen working with the World Food Programme who were kidnapped last month in Sudan's Darfur region have been released, a spokeswoman for the U.N. agency said.

"They have been released today," WFP spokeswoman Amor Almagro said. (Reporting by Opheera McDoom)
