KABUL, Jan 19 (Reuters) - U.S.-led coalition forces said on Wednesday the death toll from a roadside bomb attack in southeastern Paktika province had reached 20 civilians, including 13 children and six women.

Earlier reports from the Afghan government said 13 civilians had been killed. The incident is the deadliest insurgent attack for nearly six months.
