Jan 21 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 1100 GMT on Friday.

URUZGAN - A remotely detonated bomb attached to a bicycle wounded seven people when it exploded near a vehicle carrying Amanullah Hotak, head of the provincial council of the southern province of Uruzgan, Hotak said. The attack took place in the Deh Rawood district of Uruzgan. The wounded included five civilians and two of Hotak's bodyguards.
