GUANTANAMO BAY U.S. NAVAL BASE, Cuba, Feb 18 (Reuters) - The Guantanamo U.S. war crimes tribunal sentenced a Sudanese prisoner on Friday to 14 more years in prison for conspiring with al Qaeda and providing material support for terrorism.

But defendant Noor Uthman Muhammed is expected to serve only a few more years under terms of a sealed plea agreement that calls for him to help in the prosecution of other Guantanamo prisoners. He has been held at Guantanamo since 2002 and is the sixth captive convicted in the military tribunals at the U.S. naval base in Cuba.
